Tom,Thanks for your response.I know and understand every thing you are saying about position control having worked with an 8N the last 10 yrs.The finish mower is not scalping the grass the front wheels are ripping the grass because the wheels in front are just barely touching the ground and have a tendency to hit the turf on slightly uneven ground.This just started thats why I can't figure out why I lost a few inches on the fully down position.Any more thoughts? Folks,I just replaced all filters on my new TC29.Nice tractor.I need to find out where I can purchase less expensive filters for this tractor.To give a example one fuel and one hyd.filter over forty dollars at dealership .Kind of hard to swallow.Does anybody know any cross-references?Thanx
